Commit–reveal RNG for loot and on-chain trust boundaries

Rivyu is experimental testnet software. This page is for onboarding and mechanics only — not investment, tax, or legal advice. Never share seed phrases; use only official links from this site or from inside the Rivyu Mini App.
Commit–reveal in one paragraph

In a commit–reveal scheme, the server first publishes a commitment (a hash) before outcomes are consumed, then reveals the seed that matches that commitment. Players can verify the pipeline was not retroactively edited for a specific pull.

What this does and does not prove

It is a strong fairness tool for the stated RNG pipeline. It does not replace overall product security (key management, phishing resistance, economic design). Rivyu also separates operational signing scopes (for example, lottery settlement keys vs mining claim keys) so a rotation or incident in one lane does not automatically collapse unrelated reward lanes.

How to talk about it responsibly

If you share Rivyu with friends, emphasize verifiable mechanics and official links — not "guaranteed income". On testnet, assets are for learning the flows and stress-testing UX, not for speculation.

For chest tiers and shop burn rules, start from the FAQ and follow in-app disclosures as the source of truth.
